It is the first passage before realising the course Open Water Diver, During this course distribute the fundamental ideas of initiation to the diving and use of the equipment to realise the first immersion, you will learn to breathe for the first time under the water and undergo the weightlessness sensation. A fascinating experience!
DURATION OF THE COURSE AND PROGRAMS:
Activity of a day, three hours approximately. An instructor will realise an introduction to explain the operation of the equipment, how to breathe, to move under the water, the signals of communication. Next, after giving the material necessary to realise the immersion, they will transfer to you or to the swimming pool of the hotel or the beach to realise the Baptism of diving, always under the supervision of an instructor and at the most, in the beach, to 12 meters of depth.
REQUIREMENTS: Not to have problems of heart, respiratory apparatus, ears nor to be pregnant. Not to fly minimum in 12 hours. Minimum age 8 y
